How do I place an order on Iyzar?
To place an order on Iyzar, follow these steps:
- Browse our wide selection of clothing and click on the product you want to purchase.
- Choose the size and quantity you want, then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy It Now"
- Once you have added all of the items you want to purchase to your cart, click "Checkout."
- Enter your shipping and billing information, then select the desired payment method.
- Review your order and click "Place Order."
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order in two ways:
- On our website: If you have an account on our website, you can track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the "Track My Order" link.
- Using the shipping confirmation email:Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier's website.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. However, orders placed during peak shipping times may take longer to arrive. You can track your order to get an estimated delivery date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do this, please contact us immediately.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 76 hours of delivery. Items must be in new and unworn condition with the original tags attached. To learn more about our return policy, please visit our Return Policy
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

What if I need to change my order address?
If you need to change your order address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it may not be possible to change the address once the order has been shipped.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address on our end and notify the courier company. However, it is ultimately up to the courier company to decide whether or not to honor the request. If the courier company is unable to change the address, the order will be returned to us.
If the order has already been shipped, we will contact the courier company to see if it is possible to redirect the shipment to the new address. However, if the shipment is already in transit, it may not be possible to redirect it. If this is the case, the order will be returned to us.
If you need to change the address for a bulk order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the best solution.

Payment Modes
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments. Some of the major UPI apps that we support include:

What is your refund policy?
We will refund your payment if you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, or if you return an eligible item. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Go to the Iyzar login page and click on the "Forgot password?" link.
- Enter the email address associated with your Iyzar account and click "Reset password."
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and enter your new password twice.
- Click "Reset password" to save your new password.
You can now log in to your Iyzar account using your new password.
Please note that you will need to have access to the email address associated with your Iyzar account in order to reset your password.
Can I have any design on any product or in any color?
Yes, we can print any design on a variety of products, such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and more. We can also print any design in a variety of colors. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I have a custom design printed on a specific product?
Yes, we can print any custom design on any product that we offer. Just send us your design and we'll take care of the rest. We can print your design in a variety of colors and sizes, and we can also print on both sides of a product.
